LocFiles provides free, browser-based file conversion and processing tools. All processing occurs locally on your device - no files are uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use LocFiles only for:

• Lawful purposes
• Files you own or have permission to convert
• Personal or legitimate business use

You agree NOT to:

• Process illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the Service
• Circumvent any access controls

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your files. LocFiles does not claim ownership of any content you process. The Service itself, including code, design, and branding, is owned by LocFiles.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

LocFiles is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss, corruption, or inability to process files. Since all processing is local, you are responsible for backing up your original files.

Service Availability

We strive to keep LocFiles available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uptime. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
